o	olivier couder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben gebouwd met Sito Architecten, zowel voor het plan als de opvolging van de werf. Over het algemeen zijn we zeer tevreden (4,5/5) van het geleverde werk van Sien en haar collega's. Het ontwerp was voor ons zeer geslaagd en Sien begreep wat wij wouden en kon toch ook haar eigen invulling geven. De opvolging was ook goed. Dat wil niet zeggen dat alles vlekkeloos verliep of dat er geen problemen waren, maar als ze zich voordeden werden problemen aangepakt en goed opgevolgd. De communicatie was ook duidelijk en open. Ook na de voorlopige oplevering konden we bij SITO terecht voor de afwerking van een aantal kleine open puntjes. We zouden SITO architecten zeker aanraden op basis van onze ervaring. We built with Sito Architects, both for the plan and for the follow-up of the site. In general, we are very satisfied (4.5/5) with the work done by Sien and her colleagues. The design was very successful for us and Sien understood what we wanted and was able to give her own interpretation. The follow-up was also good. That is not to say that everything went smoothly or that there were no problems, but when problems did arise, problems were addressed and followed up properly. Communication was also clear and open. Even after the provisional delivery, we were able to contact SITO for the finishing of a number of small open points. We would definitely recommend SITO architects based on our experience.

Wij weten niet zoveel van verbouwen dus we waren blij dat Sien bij het opmaken van ons plan vertelde wat de impact van onze wensen was op doorlooptermijn of kosten zodat wij makkelijk een keuze maken konden maken. Tijdens de eigenlijke werken volgde ze alles nauw op met een wekelijkse werfvergadering ter plaatse. Beslissingen werden steeds in overleg genomen. Ik kan het iedereen aanraden om in zee te gaan met sito architecten. In Sien van sito-architecten we found someone who really listened to us and understood what was important to us. We don't know much about renovation, so we were happy that Sien told us about the impact of our wishes on the lead time or costs when drawing up our plan, so that we could easily make a choice. During the actual works, she followed up everything closely with a weekly site meeting on site. Decisions were always taken in consultation. I can recommend it to everyone to work with sito architects.

Bij ons heeft dit geleid tot een strakke maar toch dynamische woning die veel positieve reacties losmaakt bij bezoekers. In tegenstelling tot bij sommige andere architectenbureaus wisten we als klanten vooraf heel duidelijk wat de architect zou kosten en wat we mochten verwachten. Goede opvolging van de werken. Voor ons mocht er op sommige vlakken iets creatiever met de beschikbare (bouw)ruimte omgegaan worden. Anderzijds zou dat geleid hebben tot een hoger kostenplaatje natuurlijk. Al bij al kijken we heel tevreden terug naar onze samenwerking! The architect listens to the wishes of the builders and tries to take those wishes into account as much as possible within the proposed budget. With us, this has led to a sleek yet dynamic home that elicits many positive reactions from visitors. Unlike some other architectural firms, we as customers knew very clearly beforehand what the architect would cost and what we could expect. Good follow-up of the works. For us, the available (construction) space could be used a little more creatively in some areas. On the other hand, that would have led to a higher cost, of course. All in all, we are very satisfied with our cooperation!
