★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm used to go to a professional beauty parlour to have my nails done for years for gelish. This time I wanted to try SISA Laser Clinic at the Emile Jacqmain avenue in Brussels during lunch break since it was close to my work.
Instead of removing the gel with the usual method(Acetone, cotton, & foil), the beautician rubbed it off with electric nail drill and then put on a messy uneven layer of gelish. My nails looked horrible. I asked her to remove it. She did it so unskillfully with electric nail drill again that on certain parts she almost got through them.
Now my nails are damaged and injured, parts are ripped and teared and they hurt like hell. When I complained, she agreed to give me a refund, and she told me that the person who used to do the manicure was not in today. I lost 1.5 hours of my time, my nails look awful and they still hurt. I wont suggest this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER get lazer hair removal here. Completely unprofessional, lack of safety and hygeine understanding and they completely burned me after laser hair removal and left 60cm length of scarring on me. When I asked for a reimbursement/recompensation they got mad and yelled at me and said 'they dont do that here'. Pay a little more and go to a real professional instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here a few times now and it went well but wax integral is not very integral as there are a lot of hairs left. Also had manicure and pedicure here, manicure was French which ended up being very nice! Pedicure with nail polish was very well done also. All done by the same girl in top speed. Thanks. Next time I will ask to dubbelcheck the waxing.
