Décevant pour un site professionnel! Reçu mes pièces avec de belles traces de doigts sur toutes les pièces! Apparemment ils ne savent pas qu'il faut manipuler l'argent pur avec des gants!!!!! A EVITER!!!!!

Nul! a fuir! s'est trompé dans ma commande j'ai reçu celle d'un autre! Jai payé et je n'ai rien reçu au bout de 8 jours les boutiques sont fermées...

Super vriendelijk. Ze hebben m'n aankoop jaren bewaard zonder dat ze dat hoorden te doen. En toen ik het schoorvoetend kwam ophalen waren ze nog steeds zeer vriendelijk, ookal had blijkbaar de dame die een afspraak net voor mij had haar kat gestuurd. Correct en professioneel. Dank jullie wel ?

Overall good price though customer service could improve considerably. I ordered online and had to pay delivery costs, even if you wish to collect it at the shop. I left a little message on box they show during the order process and got no reply. They did not inform me of the status of my delivery until I mail them about it, then they tell me that my order is in fact in the shop? I asked about the delivery cost I had paid and they said they would pay it back in cash during the pick up, so I made an appointment to go there myself. As I was excited about the pickup I forgot asking the promised funds. I mailed them twice saying I forgot and asked whether they could do a bank transfer instead, as I live in another city, and since then, two months later, I am still waiting for a reply. So they owe me money and do not seem to want to do anything about it or care about their customer once he has paid the product. What dislike the most is not getting a reply, so they get 1 star.
