★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean, safe. Only complaint which I am sure will be fixed when they read this : only one trolley for moving stuff. Luckily there was no one else there. Because if there had been someone else there would have been 0 trolleys. And that is not good - I had hired a van by the hour.

The person's attention to detail, empathy and making us feel valued was exceptional. I really felt at ease and could trust her with everything. This was more important to me than the location itself which was clean and easy to get around anyway.
Truly this was an excellent example of how to look after your customer.
