★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my reservation online (for the Shugard in Leuven) and everything went smoothly. The contract and the various costs ( lock and insurance) were explained fully. You know exactly what you are paying for. When everything was ready, they sent clear explanatory note on how to access your box and everything you need to know to use it efficiently. The box itself is exactly as described. Clean and well ventilated. Cameras are located everywhere for proper security. Also, if you need any help, the two office employees on site are very welcoming, charming and helpful. I would definitely recommend Shugard if you need storage space.
