Personnel parfois très gentil et sympathique mais malheureusement aussi parfois glacial et patibulaire.
Very handy on the way to buy a snack, a sandwich, a salad, a warming dish, a drink, a basic product, a bouquet of flowers or logs for the fire. Staff sometimes very nice and friendly but unfortunately also sometimes cold and sinister.
