Hello again ... Well to be honest we are a regular customers and normally people at your shop are nice .. however last time I went to return a whose that didn't fit and she was talking to me in a very rude way after I waited for 10 minutes for her to finish talking with her colleague I asked to return and she didn't know how to do this so she asked for the manager help but meanwhile she did not explain to me or even ask to wait she just through the whose on the counter .. the the manager did the refund and again she came back and she puts the receipt on the counter instead of hands it me... So I asked where is my money and she answered I have it so I said no this a receipt not the money so she said this is our rules ...bye bye and she left ... I don't understand why she acted this way eventhoe I wasn't ride or said anything that might annoying to her ... This kind of attitude is not acceptable.. I am sorry if had to mention this but this is a fact ... I am a customer service manager my self and I understand that this is not reflecting the shop for sure but the person himself.
