★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer bot tegen de patiënten. Wou mijn schoonvader van 88jaar met klachten geen consultatie aan huis aanbieden, noch een andere oplossing bespreken. Wou m.a.w. geen hulp aanbieden, zodat hij naar een andere dokter moest bellen waar hij gelukkig wel geholpen werd.
Bij de vorige consultatie was het niet beter: bij een afspraak om de uitslag van het onderzoek af te halen, terug afgesnauwd: wat komt ge hier doen??
Ook de apotheker deelde de ervaring want ook zij werd afgesnauwd bij een telefonisch contact over een foute omschrijving van medicatie.
 Very blunt with the patients. My 88-year-old father-in-law did not want to offer a home consultation or discuss another solution with complaints. In other words, he did not want to offer help, so he had to call another doctor, who luckily did help.
During the previous consultation it was no better: at an appointment to collect the results of the examination, snubbed again: what are you doing here?
The pharmacist also shared the experience, because she too was snubbed when contacted by telephone about a wrong description of medication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kom al 10 jaar bij deze lieve dokter/huisarts en nog nooit klachten gehad.
Voorheen was het inloop maar tegenwoordig is het gelukkig op afspraak waardoor het wachttijd aanzienlijk is verminderd.
I have been coming to this lovely doctor / general practitioner for 10 years and have never had any complaints.
Previously it was walk-in, but nowadays it is fortunately by appointment, which significantly reduces the waiting time.
