About SERIS Security
Seris is now also active in the Netherlands; the result of a merger between three Rotterdam security companies. The European expansion of the group continues in 2013 starting new activities in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg. In 2014 ESC becomes Seris Monitoring. The Seris Group shows that "Corporate Social Responsibility" is no hollow phrase for it. Every member of the Seris Group acquires the IQNet SR10 certification, as the first company of its kind in Belgium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schandalig hoe de security van seris omgaat met mensen aan het filiaal te hasselt ! Ik ben gedegouteerd dat zo iemand door jullie selectie geraakt.
Alles behalven was deze persoon beschaafd of professioneel. Ik voel mij vernederd op de manier waarop hij mij verbaal aanviel voor een volle winkel zonder enige reden. Mij uitschelden en kleineren ! Waarom? Omdat je een badg draagt en gevoel van macht hebt. Klacht is bij ikea ingediend. De persoon weigerde zich te identificeren zodat ik een klacht kan indienen.
Outrageous how the security of seris deals with people at the branch hasselt! I am disgusted that such a person gets through your selection.
Except for everything, this person was civilized or professional. I feel humiliated the way he verbally assaulted me in front of a packed store for no reason. Calling me names and belittling! Why? Because you wear a badg and have a feeling of power. The complaint has been lodged with IKEA. The person refused to identify himself so that I can make a complaint.
