M	Masrur Ahmed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m visiting this lounge as a tourist from London on my own. The lounge was very good! I was hesitant about visiting due to some of the poor reviews. I am pleasantly surprised. The shisha is good and reasonably priced. The drinks are a little overpriced. Not giving 5 stars because the milkshake was a bit expensive and not the best. The atmosphere of the place is very good. Good Arab music. Coal changes every 15/20 minutes without having to ask. The seats are comfortable. Staff are very professional and polite. The managers are visible. I saw the manager asking people not to slouch or lay down so as to keep a good atmosphere here. There are plugs near every seat around the wall (EU plugs, don’t forget to bring your adapter). Overall a very good experience. Good selection of shisha and food. There is a separate seating area if you want to eat first. There is a semi-outdoor where there is more daylight. It is a little bit dim inside, although I think I was just sat in a dark spot. I think the negative reviews are from competitors who aren’t telling the truth. There is nothing illegal going on here (as one of the reviews suggested)! Each shisha comes with a tobacco warning that Belgian regulations require. I would happily visit again if I were to come back to Brussels. Would highly recommend to others for an evening out!

U	Umama Benabderrahmane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospitality 8 stars, very friendly staff. Unfortunately we didn't like the shisha. As for the softdrink prices of 6 a pop ?? this place ain't fancy enough to be asking such prices tbh. I wouldn't recommend this place for their shisha.

I went to withdraw cash from a very very close atm, the manager ran after me yelling and literally grabbed my iPhone as a collateral :/. Hospitality minus one !
