Enfin une personne qui est a l'écoute des résidents , des familles et selon mes sources , qui traite le personnel soignant avec l'attention qu'il mérite. Pourvu que ça dure !
Since the new management took office, the quality and organization of the establishment have improved markedly. Finally a person who listens to residents, families and according to my sources, who treats nursing staff with the attention they deserve. Hope it lasts !
