★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een slechte service. Een smartphone gekocht met bijpassende hoes. Toestel stond niet goed ingesteld zodat ik niet kon zien wie belde en waarmee, Whats app of normale telefoon. Terug naar de winkel. Eenvoudige instelling is veranderd. Ik moest wel betalen. Werk 2 maal 1 minuut. Betaald 2 maal € 0,95= € 1,90. Schande gewoon. En dan zou ik daar nog iets kopen. Nooit meer.
What bad service. Bought a smartphone with matching cover. Device was not set up properly so that I could not see who called and with what, Whats app or normal phone. Back to the store. Simple setting has changed. I had to pay. Work 2 times 1 minute. Paid twice € 0.95 = € 1.90. Just shame. And then I would buy something there. Never again.

From simple AAA batteries and light bulbs to the most awesome TVs , surround sounds, WiFi sound systems but also washing machine, dishwashers, fridges and other kitchen and household appliances... Like I said : everything you need in electrical products !
There's plenty of staff and everyone there is expert in at least one of the available categories of products so there's always a chance to get detailed info about the product you seek, which is great.
After sales service is amazing too : dedicated technicians for pretty much everything they are selling, so whenever you have any problems , just call them and they'll fix your problem adapt. You can bring in the product at the store yourself or if you desire the technician will come by at your home to check it out.
Overall always a great experience shopping at Lauryssen Electronics ?
