β β β β β Gerard is great.. he is informative. We had a group of 8 and he told us the limit is 7, instead of turning us away he made a call to get someone in. We had a great time. Wasn't able to book 2hrs though due to last minute (40/pp for an hr vs 50 something for 2hrs/pp)

β β β β β A very nice experience! Took a 2h tour, the guide was very knowledgeable about the city and told us some very interesting things and story's, while cracking out some jokes in between facts. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to visit Bruges

β β β β β A most enjoyable couple of hours exploring the sites of Bruges with our very own guide, Gerard. The segway shop takes some finding so make sure you take careful note of the directions as there is very little signage to direct you around the local area. Before starting the tour here are a few minutes of one to one instructions on how to operate the segway. Which initially seems unnecessary but when out on the streets and roads you will be thankful for. I have been on a few segway tours in the past and have always enjoyed the way these machines get you around the city. If you haven't tried one then I highly recommended them as they are great fun! Gerald our guide is very knowledgeable and is happy to answer any questions. He has a dry sense of humour so it was good to share a joke or two on our tour. Our two hour tour seem to pass by really quickly and we covered a large area of Bruge. The only negative is the cost, at β¬50 per person its not cheap but if you want to try something different and have access to your own tour guide for a couple hours then it's worth it.

β β β β β Brilliant way to glide round Burgge in under one hour.
Similar to most reviews, this was one of the highlights for us while in Brugge (informative, exciting and local recommendations). Ideal for beginners (intro provided).
Some different tips: price β¬35 (for an hour - though we paid β¬31.50 each through a 10% discount via a 'Discover Brugge Card' provided by the hotel - if you don't have one, it is still definitely worth it!). Bear in mind the payment is cash only and the price reflected was when we were there in 2016).
There is an option for two hours, though one hour was more than enough (perfect amount of satisfaction and hint of wanting more for future Segway activities).
The tour was spoken in clear English (other languages are possible). Bring passport/ID for filling out a form (health and safety stuff), you can leave your belongings (bags) in their store. Tour start times are 10am, 12, 2pm, and 4pm - we took the one at 12 (no reservation online, only went in the store at 11 and they asked us to come back at 11.45) - head there 10-15 minutes early for preparation (safety gear, forms, talk and intro). Highly recommend to do while in Brugge.

β β β β β Had a great time ticking off another bucket list activity today here in Brugge. It was quite easy learning how to drive the segway and we were given plenty of time to become condfident before beginning the tour. It was a great way to get around the town quickly and see the most beautiful places, especially if you have limited time. Although we were told we could ask to stop if we wanted to take photos, it would have slowed everyone down and was a bit time consuming getting off and on. But we knew where to go later in the day for the best photos, food, pubs etc. Thanks Jules for providing us with the tour and our first segway experience!

β β β β β The Segway tour was a fabulous way to city this gorgeous town. It was our first time on a Segway and the training was terrific. Charlie (aka Mama Duck) was a wonderful guide; very informative and funny! I would highly recommend this tour! We did it early in the morning as the town gets very crowded later in the day.
