Nous demandons à nos élèves un engagement lors de l'inscription à l'une de nos formations, tout simplement car celles-ci sont données de manière individuelles. Vous devez le savoir en tant que professionnelle, que le principe de l'acompte vaut réservation et acceptation du règlement.(soit dit en passant, celui-ci vous a été expliqué lors de votre inscription). En ce qui concerne le remboursement, cela fait partie de nos CGV, aucun remboursement n'est effectué après réservation. Nous sommes une entreprise, vous ne pouvez pas parler de vol/escroquerie mais simplement de règles à suivre et à respecter écrites noir sur blanc. De plus, vous avez été mal intentionnée et impolie avec notre équipe, vous avez oublié de le préciser..... Les menaces, les insultes, les calomnies, la diffamation, l'harcèlement, l'acharnement et le dénigrement sont punissables par la loi. Au vu du fait que vous êtes indépendante que depuis octobre 2020 et vu votre âge, nous tenions par conscience professionnelle à vous rappeler le fonctionnement d'une société. Les formatrices sont trop adorables, elles prennent vraiment le temps de répondre aux questions et sont à l'écoute. J'étais seule avec la formatrice et moi qui suis une stressée, ça m'a rassuré et j'étais confiante à la fin. Comment dire : au top ! Tout y est : formatrice adorable elle prend le temps de bien vous expliquer , j'ai eu la chance d'etre en privée et j'ai vraiment pu poser toutes mes questions. On est suivi apres la formation, avant celle-ci , vous recevez toutes les infos par mail, c'est vraiment carré en terme d'organisation, j'avais jamais vu ça ailleurs lors de mes anciennes formationss. Cerise sur le gateau, elles sont dispo et large au niveau horaire, j'ai eu la chance d'avoir formation un dimanche, ayant un travail à temps plein, ca m'a énormément plu. Formatrice au top, mets à l’aise (je suis stressée et une angoissée pas possible) explique super bien aussi bien la théorie que la pratique. TRÈS satisfaite au point d’avoir repris une autre formation pour décembre ??? Indeed, the training did not take place in the academy itself (which is under construction). Training done mid November. Elles prennent le temps de bien nous expliquer, du début à la fin de la formation, il y a toujours quelqu’un pour suivre notre travail et nous corriger même après la formation ! Euh ici c’est pas la banque ? « mdr choquée j’ai juste demander le tarif ben je recommande pas du tout cet institut à prendre de haut les gens et à ce sentir supérieur et en plus se permet de raccrocher au nez … donc c’est que l’argent qui l’intéresse aigris par la vie en tout cas elle mérite des bonnes gifles à faire attention à qui elle s’adresse à faire la hautaine comme sa la mdrrrrr je recommande pas du tout et vocabulaire a voir .. Toutes les explications ont été donnés de À à Z. Je ne regrette pas de l’avoir suivis ! Et je compte en faire encore prochainement! En tout cas très professionnelle, malgré que les cours soient donnés dans d’autres locaux que l’académie. Tout est bien aménager et l’hygiène au top ! I followed a micro shaiding training, a just perfect and complete training! The trainer was great and very nice! All the explanations have been given from A to Z. I do not regret having followed it! And I plan to do more soon! In any case very professional, despite the fact that the courses are given in other premises than the academy. Everything is well laid out and hygiene at the top!
