Scp vend du matériels aux professionnels pas encore réellement testé en conditions réelles, résultat : 3 appareils acheté et aucun ne fonctionne, obligé de revoir l'installation et de renvoyer le tout en sav en France pour quel résultat?. Ce jour une pompe à chaleur qui semble avoir avoir fait une chute (emballage cassé), en plus de vis manquantes le ventilateur n'est plus à sa place et rien ne fonctionne correctement, plutôt de faire un échange standard, rien, seule solution c'est en acheter une autre et récupérer la cassée plus tard quand le sav l'aura très certainement rafistolée avec 3 bouts de ficelles. RIEN de pro chez ce fournisseur!!!
Obliged a star ... it is indeed none that I would have liked to put. Scp sells equipment to professionals not yet really tested in real conditions, result: 3 devices bought and none working, obliged to review the installation and send everything back to France for what result ?. This day a heat pump which seems to have fallen (broken packaging), in addition to the missing screws, the fan is no longer in its place and nothing works correctly, rather to make a standard exchange, nothing, only solution c 'is to buy another one and recover the broken one later when the sav will have most certainly patched it up with 3 pieces of string. NOTHING professional from this supplier !!!

Ze zijn hoofdverdeler van chemische producten en kunnen van sommige zelfs geen handleiding en of veiligheidsfiche voorleggen?
Blijkbaar valt dit bedrijf buiten de Belgische wetgeving? Anders moeten de nodige inspectiediensten er toch maar eens een strenge audit gaan uitvoeren !
Terribly irresponsible company!
They are the main distributor of chemical products and can not even provide a manual and/or safety sheet for some?
Apparently this company falls outside Belgian law? Otherwise, the necessary inspection services will have to carry out a strict audit!
