m	m c on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvaise expérience. Tâches de saleté partout: sur le sol, sur le canapé, dans les armoires. Boîtes de médicaments anciens dans le tiroir de la salle de bain. Tapis remplis de poussière roulés dans les armoires (impossibile donc de les utiliser comme armoires). Poussière sur tout. Portes sans clés avec du papier à l'intérieur. La personne qui s'occupe du check-in est arrivée avec 40 min de retard (sans prévenir) par rapport à l'horaire d'arrivée confirmé plusieurs fois. Le service téléphonique ne répond qu'une fois sur deux. Very bad experience. Dirt spots everywhere: on the floor, on the sofa, in the cupboards. Boxes of old medicines in the bathroom drawer. Carpets filled with dust rolled up in the cupboards (therefore impossible to use them as cupboards). Dust on everything. Keyless doors with paper inside. The person in charge of the check-in arrived 40 minutes late (without warning) compared to the arrival time confirmed several times. The telephone service answers only once in two.

Aucune discussion possible avec eux, il m annonce que la personne avec qui j'ai communiquée ne travail plus chez eux et annule ma réservation sous de fausses raisons! Au téléphone seule une personne parlant anglais vous répond.. .étrange non!? Une véritable arnaque! Scam! Please note, I rent the apartment and then they canceled my reservation for no reason. Übergabe der Schlüssel trotzdem nur mit Verzögerung und mehreren Anrufen. Appartement war unsauber, Gläser nicht gespült, Haare in der Badewanne, Ablage unter Spiegel abgebrochen. Trotz vielfältiger Probleme und Mehrkosten durch Busfahrten nur Erstattung von 10 %. Rented apartment was not available. Alternate quarters were further away. Handover of the keys was still delayed and resulted in several calls. Apartment was unclean, glasses not rinsed, hair in the bathtub, shelf under mirror broken off. Despite various problems and additional costs due to bus trips, only a 10% refund.
