Plots moet 's morgens om 6u nog alles besproken worden terwijl dat ook op voorhand kon met de aannemer. Hierdoor hebben wij een serieuze meerprijs moeten betalen. Hij is gewoon uit op het aansmeren van meerprijzen. In mijn omgeving zal niemand nog naar schoeffaerts gaan. Dissatisfied! Ronny schoeffaerts does not adhere to the quotation made. Maar dit is een punt waaraan gewerkt wordt en dat mogelijks vlotter en vlotter zal gaan lopen. Qua afwerking, afspraken nakomen, … kan ik absoluut geen slecht woord zeggen. Voor de pleisterwerken heb ik reeds van vele andere aannemers mogen horen dat het zeer kwalitatief is. It is not always "convenient" that almost everything has to go through Ronny, which makes it sometimes difficult to communicate. But this is a point that is being worked on and that may go smoother and smoother. In terms of finishing, meeting agreements, ... I absolutely cannot say a bad word. I have already heard from many other contractors that the plasterwork is of very high quality.
