★ ★ ★ ★ ★ une honte... numéro piraté et ne veut pas supprimer les facures. Jamais de réponses écrites de leur service clientèle. A fuir! il vaut mieux payer plus cher et avoir un service correct et éviter cette société qui n'est pas correcte.
a shame ... number hacked and does not want to remove invoices. Never any written responses from their customer service. To flee! it is better to pay more and have correct service and avoid this company which is not correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I decided to cancel my contract with scarlet after the most miserable experience I had with it which I had never experienced it before in entire my life. I'm going to describe what I had:
When I looking for Internet companies I had a look at reviews people wrote for scarlet and those negative reviews made me doubtful, but I said if I order it a month before with any kind of mismanagement it cannot go wrong, so I ordered my Internet a month ago. From the bigining I said I want to install it 31 of August because I move a day before . Almost a week before 31, someone called me if I'm home he comes to install it and I said no I will be home on 31 of August . Again a few days after that someone called that your appointment on 30 of August cancelled, I said first of all it was 31 of August and second why? She replied your Internet is already installed in our system and they issued a bill for me!!! whereas nothing had happened yet. I contacted a few days later asked when is the new appointment and they gave me Thursdays morning second of September which was changed to Thursday afternoon. I received multiple sms that technician comes to install it and I took a half day off to be home and I wsd just waiting for nothing and no one came.
This is a real story which shows a full mismanagement in this company. It's cheaper, but never reliable and bunch of lies
