★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a typical belgian place to check your car. These days you have to mak an appointment. So the waiting queues are shorter then before covid19. If you are friendly against the people who work there, they are friendly with you.
Some remark, Since covid you have to wait outside, so that is a bummer when it rains.
