★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai participé à l'atelier inter-saison, c'était très complet. Nous avons pratiqué du yoga, reçu des conseils, médité,... Le nombre de place est limité ce qui permet à Keri (la prof) d'être attentive à chacun d'entre nous. Je suis repartie du cours avec un tas de conseils pour me parer à l'hiver. Bref, c'était top, je recommande vivement. J'ai d'ailleurs hâte de participer à une retraite yogique.
I participated in the inter-season workshop, it was very complete. We practiced yoga, received advice, meditated, ... The number of places is limited which allows Keri (the teacher) to be attentive to each of us. I left the course with a lot of tips to get ready for the winter. In short, it was great, I highly recommend. I can't wait to take part in a yogic retreat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cours accessibles aux débutants, tout est bien expliqué et même si on ne sait pas tout faire, ce qu'on fait est "reconnu". On se sent définitivement bien relaxé après une séance ici :-)
Très enrichissant!
Lessons accessible to beginners, everything is well explained and even if we do not know how to do everything, what we do is "recognized". We definitely feel relaxed after a session here :-)
