Inge leeft vóór, waar ze voor staat. Super happy with the discovery of this inspiring center! Despite the distance, it is still worthwhile for me to attend the Color and Light Puncture classes. Achteraf een gezellige babbel met een lekker theetje maakt het af. In de lessen zit veel afwisseling, en Inge probeert elke oefening op jouw maat aan te passen. Op deze manier voelt het voor iedereen fijn aan. Zeker en vast aan te raden. Only positive experiences with San Bao! Professional yoga classes, which are given in a very fun and interactive way for both young and old. Afterwards a nice chat with a nice tea finishes it off. There is a lot of variety in the lessons, and Inge tries to adapt every exercise to your size. This way it feels good for everyone. Definitely recommended.
