★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really tasty food, great service and I loved the modern decor. I had the tempura menu and would really recommend. For the cost I was expecting a little more food (the portions are quite small even though this was not a tasting menu), but everything tasted fresh and was served hot. I'd go back again to experience some of the other menus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious. Went here to celebrate my nieces birthday, I myself was not a big fan of Japanese food BUT after eating @Samourai I really have to say that I have to change my opinion. The food here was amazing. All very fresh and cooked to perfection. Balanced and pure flavours. Definitely going back!
The 16,5/20 they receive from Gault Millau are really earned & true!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosy atmosphere, with calm music and very friendly service.
Tasting menus range from 80-100 euros per person, with 6 courses: 3 starters, soup, main dish of choice and dessert. Main dish can contain fish, beef or pork; we particularly loved the tuna. Dishes are small in quantity and refined so you get to try a lot of them and feel full at the end of the meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In one word: bad, bad, bad. Sorry I used three actually. Look at the bill in my photos. We spent 591 euros in 3 people. A price over the unimaginable for the quality of the food, the experience, the service, the location, the quantity... Simply unacceptable.
We ordered the Wagyu meat Chef menu (175 euro) and the Sushi Chef menu (79 euros). You get starters, main plate and dessert.
The wagyu meat was not good quality. It was not melting in our mouths and we could taste the fat. To be honest we were not even sure it was real Wagyu meat since they didn’t show us any certificate which normally they should do. The sushi was not fresh and it was 3 pieces of tuna, 2 of salmon and yellowtail sushi. I am paying 80 euros for good sushi and I thought I would get something more special than the seafood I can get at any supermarket or at all-you-can-eat restaurants at ten times cheaper. But most of all, it was not tasty and visibly not so fresh.
The service of the waiters was just not professional and the waiting time between one dish and the next one was just not correct. So slow! No setting on the tables meaning that the cutlery was touching directly the surface of the table which was cleaned with the same cloth touching all the tables at the same time...
You would think we would pay for the experience but we were sitting outside, at a dodgy porch close to Rue Neuve.
For us, this was a complete ripoff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and wonderfull place.
However, I found it too expensive and I felt pushed by the staff with two different dishes in the table at the same time.
I enjoyed a good time but I will try other restaurants if I come back to Brussels.

The lobster hot pot with vegetables was awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service, staff was very friendly and quick. Place was cozy, well decorated and calm without much noise. Food was good and varied and ingredients seem fresh and high quality. A bit on the expensive side but overall good experience.
