Too late, dangerous driving on the highway and our drivers asked for extra money to pick us up at the location (€112), even though the trip was prepaid.

Best airport shuttle service in Brabant Wallon. The drivers are all gentle and attentive to our needs as costumers. They were on time and were waiting for us at the arrival gate. I recommend SAM-Drive 100%

I just had a very disturbing call with Mr. Dominique from Sam Drive. Overall I have been happy and very great full for Sam Drive. For the most part they provide an excellent service and have good drivers. Today their customer service threw me a real curve ball. I spoke with Monsieur Dominique who did not realize I knew his name and refused to tell me his role at Sam Drive when asked. During today's call he kept interrupting me, yelled and told me "you are guilty" and then ... he hang up on me... Regardless of the details of the issue, this is not a way to communicate with another human - much less a customer. With 2 children (one with serious special needs) we are regular customers and rely heavily on the services of Sam Drive so I'm very surprised at this aggressive outburst. Maybe the mistake was my fault, that is possible. However, I was polite and courteous and I expected respectful treatment in return. Unfortunately, what I got was neither respectful nor courteous. The details. My son was suppose to be picked up at school and dropped off at a location a 8-10 minute drive away. 35 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time I received a call asking what's the drop of location, because my 7 year old told the driver another location than what I booked. I confirmed that the location I ordered was the correct one. They arrived at the destination more than half an hour late, by which time the private lesson was already over. I contacted SAM later to find out what happened and to ask what I can do to avoid this situation in the future. This went pleasantly enough. Then I asked to book the same trip the next day as I manged to reschedule the missed lesson for my son. Not a problem, said Mr. Dominique. Then I asked if it would be possible to get a discount on this trip. Maybe the responsibility for the mistake was somewhat shared? And that's when he went off the rails with raising his voice and making insulting remarks. Sam Drive is not obliged to give me a discount, not even a symbolic one that would allow me walk away a happy customer. Maybe I am fully responsible for the drop-off going wrong today. I'm just baffled at the way my call was treated.

We were not allowed to listen to any music because the driver said that you can’t listen to music when the GPS is on… Also, they fined us 110€ for coming late, which they never communicated in advance.

The driver already seemed really drunk when he arrived and asked me if we could change seats in the middle of the highway!! Also they didn't offer any possibilities to upgrade to a stretch limo

0% flexibility, terrible driving skills, and worst customer service ever! Worst shuttle service I have ever experienced. We were new in town and did not stay at the exact pick-up point. As a result, the SAM drivers weren't willing to drive 700-800 meters to our location, where 21 guests waited for three SAM cars. Additionally, they did not pick up their phones to help us find the right place. Again 0% flexibility, terrible driving skills, and on top of that, they threatened us to pay 110€ as a fine or they would not pick us up at our location. A fine that was beforehand never communicated and entirely out of the blue determined.

Excellent Service, Best Taxi Service in Brabant Wallon. All the staff and the drivers are kind and courteous, and definitely know how to make us feel safe and on time!
