★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na bijna 5 jaar voor het eerst terug naar de kapper gegaan. Dit is de eerste kapper die mijn krullen weer tot leven heeft kunnen wekken! Ik wist zelf niet dat mijn haar zoveel krullen kon hebben :). Zeer tevreden! Ik ga zeker terug!
 After almost 5 years went back to the hairdresser for the first time. This is the first hairdresser who has been able to bring my curls back to life! I didn't know my hair could have so many curls :). Very satisfied! I will definitely go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb natuurlijke krullen en was nog nooit naar een krullenkapper geweest. Via google kwam ik op dit salon terecht en waagde een kans.
Fanny heeft me heel vriendelijk onthaald en ik was blij verrast van haar kniptechniek. Je merkt dat ze ervaring heeft met het knippen van krullen. Toen mijn haren droog waren, vielen mijn krullen heel mooi, echt zoals ik wou! Ook kreeg ik nog goede tips mee, hoe ik mijn haren kon verzorgen en stylen. Dankjewel Fanny!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a last minute appointment a few weeks ago for removing shell lac and getting a pedicure and manicure. I've been served very professionally and friendly and Fanny really took her time for me even though I was the last customer on a friday evening. We had a really nice chat and I could experience first hand that she does her best for her (future) customers when a lady came in that didn't speak any of the 4 (?) languages Fanny spoke. She could manage to talk with hand and feet and some modern technology to fix an appointment with her, all in all a unique experience definetly ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe she is good in colouring and other services, but what she did today to my hair with a simple haircut it's embarrassing and horrible. Not even close to what I wanted. She simply went straight cut my hair 3 times more shorter from what I asked. I asked just to cut my damaged hair, not to cut it more than half.
I never looked so horrible. It simply has no form of whatever. She does not know how to cut. Even students cut better than she with 20 years experience.
First time in my life I really did cry after the cut. It is not acceptable at all. she should of apologise to me for ruining my hair. It's embarrassing for her as she think she is profesional. And all she said in the end oh it will grow again!
Thank you Fanny for making me look horrible, you have really no idea what is to be a profesional hairdresser.

Ps: please don't try to justify yourself, because your too know its embarrassing of a haircut.
Hairdressers in Belgium have no clue what a good cut is, totally no clue.
