S	Sofie Lievens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Midden in de verbouwingswerken en met een erg strakke planning stootten we op een gigantisch vochtprobleem. Op goed geluk belden we een ruimingsdienst in de buurt en zo kwamen we in contact met Thomas. Hij kon zeer snel komen en heeft tijdens zijn bezoek ook ruim de tijd genomen om alles (septische put en leidingen) grondig te inspecteren. Dit ook steeds met zeer veel zorg, heel netjes (wat niet evident is in dit soort jobs) en altijd met de glimlach. Toen bleek wat het probleem precies was, heeft hij ons ook in contact gebracht met een collega die eveneens alles in het werk heeft gesteld om zo snel mogelijk langs te komen. Thomas heeft ook alles in het werk gesteld om het nodige te doen voor de verzekering. Kortom: we vinden het bijna jammer dat we geen septische put meer hebben, anders zouden we hem sowieso weer opnieuw contacteren. Een enorme dankjewel veel je betrokkenheid, menselijkheid, vlotte bereikbaarheid en flexibiliteit! Chapeau! In the middle of the renovation work and with a very tight schedule, we came across a gigantic moisture problem. We luckily called a clearance service in the area and that's how we got in touch with Thomas. He was able to come very quickly and during his visit he also took plenty of time to thoroughly inspect everything (septic tank and pipes). This is always done with great care, very neatly (which is not obvious in this type of job) and always with a smile. When it became clear what the problem was, he also put us in touch with a colleague who also made every effort to come by as soon as possible. Thomas has also made every effort to do the necessary for the insurance. In short: we are almost sorry that we no longer have a septic tank, otherwise we would contact him again anyway. A huge thank you for your involvement, humanity, easy accessibility and flexibility! Cheers!
