★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sat inside for 15 minutes and we were ignored. Then when we left the person behind the bar sarcastically said byeeeee. What on earth is wrong with the staff. Here is some business advice, to make money you need to serve your customers. Oh and 50 cent to warm a babies milk. Disgusting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give them zero if it was possible. We stood at the door for 5 minutes, was totally ignored, so made our way to an empty table. Sat for 15 minutes and was still ignored. People at the table next to us sent their food back because it was cold. Decided that it was time to go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please stay away from this Restaurant. You will just wait there for hours to give your food or drink order and you will never get it. The worst staff that i saw in Belgium,some kids pretending to be weiters. I just peed on dirty WC and i stept out from the restaurant..macdonalds are just 2 min away.

Although we have had between two people 5 drinks in the space of less than two hours the person in charge claimed we couldn't sit outside no longer because we weren't drinking ... rude! Not worth going there, the restaurants next door had people whilst Rubens was empty - worth going next door, fellow travellers!

Located in pedestrian section, so no parking. Very casual.

The waffles with ice cream and chocolate was one of the best I’ve eaten. Very light and slightly crispy. And above all, you can enjoy a nice view!
