★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechtste service ooit! Eerste afspraak: voor de deur staan, niemand aanwezig en 3dubbele boeking. 2 afspraken nadien: slechte hygiëne en alles behalve stipt. Dan plots toestel kapot en geen afspraken meer mogelijk! Vervangbehandeling aangeboden voor zelfde bedrag. Dan maanden gewoon niets van antwoord. Bellen, sms’en, instagram,… nergens antwoord! Gevolg: nooit geen vervangbehandeling gehad dus gewoon geld kwijt!
Worst service ever! First appointment: standing in front of the door, no one present and 3 double booking. 2 appointments afterwards: poor hygiene and anything but punctual. Then suddenly the device is broken and no more appointments possible! Replacement treatment offered for the same amount. Then there is simply no response for months. Calling, texting, instagram,… no answer! Result: never had no replacement treatment, so just lost money!
