Qui a promis de traiter sous quarante huit heures et à nouveau aucune nouvelle !
Avez vous eu des expériences de ce type ? J envisage de porter plainte .

Are they bankrupt?
I managed to get them on the phone finally someone speaking English
Who promised to treat within forty eight hours and again no news!
Have you had experiences of this type? I plan to file a complaint.
