e	emmanuel leyder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mauvaise expérience dans l'ensemble véhicule réservé pour 13H; je reçois un appel vers 12H30 me disant que le client précédent est coincé dans des bouchons à ...Anvers et qu'il devrait être là vers 13H30...de qui se moque-t-on? je me fais presqu'engueulé parce que j'arrive avec un 1/4 d'avance au RDV finalement, ne voyant pas le véhicule convenu revenir, ils m'en louent un autre; crasse incroyable, plus de 230.000 kms au compteur; moteur extrêmement bruyant, .... obligation de refaire le plein à la station qu'ils imposent.... si vous le pouvez, allez ailleurs bad experience overall vehicle reserved for 1pm; I receive a call around 12:30 pm telling me that the previous customer is stuck in traffic jams in ... Antwerp and that he should be there around 1:30 pm ... who are we kidding? I get almost yelled at because I arrive a quarter early at the appointment finally, not seeing the agreed vehicle return, they rent me another one; incredible filth, more than 230,000 kms on the clock; extremely noisy engine, .... obligation to refuel at the station they impose .... if you can go elsewhere
L	Littlevoice “Littlevoice” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mon avis est très positif, nous avions besoins d'un véhicule d'urgence et la société à pu nous en louer une, sachant que le véhicule était équipé d'une boite à vitesse automatique, monsieur nous à tout bien expliquer, de plus il à fallu augmenter la durée du contrat et tout s'est fais avec facilité. Pour ce qui est du retours du véhicule à la société, nous l'avions finalement ramené avec 4 jours d'avance (suivant le nouveau contrat de location) et le remboursement de la caution + les 4 jours d'avances se sont fait en bon et du forme. Merci à la société de nous avoir dépanné aussi rapidement et d'avoir répondus à nos attentes, je recommande cette société qui défie toute concurrence au niveau du prix et de leur attitude face aux clients (compréhensif) société très social et sympathique que je recommande fortement :) merci encore à vous monsieur Gheysens My opinion is very positive, we needed an emergency vehicle and the company was able to rent us one, knowing that the vehicle was equipped with an automatic gearbox, sir, we explained everything well, moreover he had to increase the duration of the contract and everything was done with ease. Regarding the return of the vehicle to the company, we had finally brought it back 4 days in advance (according to the new rental contract) and the refund of the deposit + the 4 days in advance were made in good and form. Thank you to the company for helping us out so quickly and for having met our expectations, I recommend this company which defies all competition in terms of price and their attitude towards customers (understanding) very social and friendly company that I highly recommend :) thank you again to you Mr. Gheysens

Points positifs : + prix très attractif et facilité supplémentaire par rapport à la concurrence (possibilité de prendre possession du véhicule la veille au soir). + disponibilité du loueur: répond rapidement au téléphone Points négatifs : - véhicules vétustes et en mauvais état (la première camionnette que nous devions prendre n'avait plus de batterie, la seconde avait une énorme fissure de haut en bas du pare-brise - en ordre de contrôle technique selon le loueur, le véhicule avait également plus de 160.000km au compteur). Expérience : négative au final dans la mesure où il y a eu discussion sur le nombre de kilomètres effectués (plus de 200km de différence, avec frais supplémentaires par km). Tout est rentré dans l'ordre en définitive, mais l'ensemble laisse une mauvaise impression. Conseils : vérifiez bien le kilométrage avant de partir et demandez à ce que le contrat soit signé APRES l'état du compteur et avec un bic SANS possibilité d'effacer, cela peut vous éviter la même mésaventure. Conclusion: cette camionnette volumineuse et peu chère m'aura bien servi pour mon déménagement, mais je regrette la manière avec laquelle la location s'est passée. I rented an 8m3 van for a long move (700km in total) over 2 days. Good points : + very attractive price and additional facility compared to the competition (possibility of taking possession of the vehicle the night before). + availability of the lessor: answer the phone quickly Negative points : - dilapidated and in poor condition vehicles (the first van we had to take no longer had a battery, the second had a huge crack from top to bottom of the windshield - in order for technical control according to the rental company, the vehicle also had more than 160,000km on the clock). Experience: In the end, negative insofar as there was discussion on the number of kilometers traveled (more than 200km difference, with additional costs per km). Everything is in order in the end, but the whole leaves a bad impression. Advice: check the mileage carefully before leaving and ask that the contract be signed AFTER the odometer reading and with a pen WITHOUT the possibility of erasing, this can prevent you from the same mishap. Conclusion: this bulky and inexpensive van will have served me well for my move, but I regret the way the rental went.

Véhicule loué en Urgence, disponible après recherches de leur part, le véhicule est certes pas neuf mais était sûr et nous a permis de faire +- 500km sans aucun problème ! La gentillesse de Monsieur est évidente, à l'écoute du client, prix imbattable en comparaison à la concurrence, l'amabilité et la compréhension devant un retard imprévu ( nous avions prévenu par téléphoner une demi-heure avant la remise prévue) .
