★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cette rôtisserie est présence au marché de Chastre, entre LLN et Gembloux. J'ai goûté un poulet rôti (petit) à 9€ - pas donné donné, et deux produits artisanaux : une saucisse de poulet un peu trop salée à mon goût, et un boudin blanc vraiment excellent. Le poulet était bon, mais pas exceptionnel. Mais c'est une adresse à retenir pour ce délicieux boudin blanc aux fines herbes...
This rotisserie is present at the Chastre market, between LLN and Gembloux. I tasted a roast chicken (small) at €9 - not cheap, and two artisanal products: a chicken sausage that was a little too salty for my taste, and a really excellent white pudding. The chicken was good, but not outstanding. But it is an address to remember for this delicious white pudding with fine herbs...
