Je le ramène en boutique pensant qu'ils prendraient la réparation à leur charge. Refusé alors que je suis une cliente régulière. Pas très commercial.
After having bought three sweaters in a boutique in Uccle without fitting, I realize at home while wearing one of them that the edge of the sleeve is unraveling. I bring it back to the store, thinking that they will take care of the repair. Refused even though I am a regular customer. Not very commercial.
