Personnel not so professional (hassle with the lock cards, in the early morning my room was opened by a staff member, and was told I couldn't check out before 9am). No airconditioning meant having to sleep with the windows open, and a room full of mosquitos. Will unfortunately not book here again.
C	Camille Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are so sweet there! The location is very good, right at the downtown. However, the room has dead mosquitoes on walls and an open designed toilet.... And the stairs are very steep, not good for travellers with heavy luggage.

We were exactly 8 people, in 4 different rooms, and all of us had the same problem. Finally, we contacted Booking (thank God we made the reservation through them), we were able to cancel it and they were able to help us find another hotel nearby. Meanwhile, we had to wait outside in a cold rainy day. A week after the incident, I am still waiting for Room & Moor’s staff to give us an explanation as to what happened and why we were left that way.
M	Marcelo Davanço on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an upsetting experience at this place. We checked-in in the store next to the appartment and entered with our luggage in the building. Although it was 4pm, the room was not ready yet (check in allowed from 2pm on) and the cleaning was still going on. After waiting the cleaning to end, we left our luggage in the room and went for a walk in the city and when we returned, about 10pm, the magnetic card did allow access to the building but not to the room. As the hotel does not have a reception (they operate in the store next door until 6pm), we had to call the hotel number available on the website and reservation. However, none of these numbers answered. This way we had to call the web travel agency for a reallocation in another hotel. We waited for more than two hours until the reservation was made at another hotel and we still spent the night without our suitcases and personal belongings. We do not recommend to stay at this hotel, as there is no support at all after 6 pm in the event of an emergency. In addition, the place does not have an elevator and the stairs are narrow to carry suitcases which makes access difficult.
N	Nathan Soper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap and cheerful. Fantastic location for gent city centre. Couple words of warning: the stairs are very steep and narrow so this is not suitable for anyone very large or with mobility issues. Rooms are a good size although basic.
M	Mees Stegeman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won’t recommend. Wall full of dead mosquitos and footprints of killing them. The toilet has no door so there is no privacy for that. Shower also doesnt look appealing to use. Very basic. Too expensive for what you get. They could really have put a little more effort in it, just to make it somehow convenient for people to stay in. Stairs really steep. Room has a smell of food, and very thin walls.
