★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruddy m a aider à reprendre confiance en moi, à ne plus répéter les mêmes schémas dans mes relations amoureuses. A m aimer comme je suis et sortir de ma vie les personnes toxiques. J ai appris à dire non, car j' avais tjr tendance à faire passer le bonheur des autres avant le mien.
Ruddy helped me to regain my self-confidence, to stop repeating the same patterns in my romantic relationships. To love me as I am and to get toxic people out of my life. I learned to say no because I always tend to put the happiness of others before my own.
