★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad but staff changes a lot and they used to be more professional. Yesterday it was given to me a cape full of white hair from other person. When I complained about it the girl argued the hair was there because it was sticky but the cape was cleaned.....It’s way too expensive for the offered service.

Was accepted with pleasant courtesy and given a great haircut experience by Emelia and the shampoo and massage was spectacular, I would go back just for that experience. Thank you to Emelia and the shampoo/massage girl (wish I got her name)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now, every 3 weeks, and I have been impressed with the results each time.
If Vano is there I always wait for her but I have also had my hair cut by several others including Rodolphe himself and for me it’s the best salon in Brussels.
Vano doesn’t speak much English so I get free French practise at the same time!
I highly recommend this place.

Vano in particular has been great with me, always making herself available and listening carefully to what I want and do not want. I do haircut and beard trim there. I highly recommend her and the team at Rodolphe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good staff, they have an excellent attention to detail and will execute exactly what you asked. The results are always great. Depending it is a booking day or non-booking day, the service will be more or less attentive to you. Advantage of the non booking day is that you can get cut by Rodolphe himself, master hairdresser, for the regular price. Admitedly, prices are on the high range but you get extra services compared to other salon (ex: head massage, free coffee, tea, etc) but there will never be "extra" surprise to pay at the counter.
