La grande majorité des personnes que je rencontre au quotidien sont plutôt courtoises … ici, ces 3 là, sont l’exception qui confirme la règle . On ne m’y reprendra plus ! Was verbally assaulted and insulted by the 3 office workers this morning ... for free! The vast majority of the people I meet on a daily basis are rather courteous ... here, these three, are the exception that proves the rule. No one will take me back!

Par contre, au bureau, personnel grossier et agressif...pas très pro question contact clientèle ! . Rocourt métaux n'a pas besoin de moi pour vivre et je n'ai pas besoin d'eux non plus . Many thanks to the storekeeper (the tall blond) for his helpfulness. On the other hand, in the office, rude and aggressive staff ... not very pro question customer contact! . Rocourt Metals doesn't need me to live and I don't need them either.

Il devait venir les enlever à mon école. Donc ces tonnes d'acier gratos. Peu de temps après j'avais un projet sculpture pour mon école. Je suis allé avec ma petite remorque pour prendre des déchets de ferraille. Je me suis présenté et demandé que la grue magnétique me charge pas plus de 200 kilogrammes. Il voulait me faire payer. Je savais qu'il avait des tonnes d'acier gratos et je me suis un peu fâché pour leur rappeler que mon école avait tout donné. Depuis je n'achèterai jamais plus la moindre chose chez ces gens. Même 20ans après je suis toujours fâché. Je déteste les injustices..
