H	Hugo Kabos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onlangs heb ik mijn 5-voudige houtbewerkingsmachine, de K26 van Robland, verkocht. Ik ben aan een zwaardere machine toe. Mooi was, dat ik na één mailtje daar nog een nieuwe gebruikershandleiding voor kreeg. Een uitstekende service van Robland! Ik heb de machine ongeveer 10 jaar met plezier gebruikt. De machine bleek ook een goede investering; na 10 jaar had die haar waarde behouden. Recently I sold my 5-fold woodworking machine, the K26 from Robland. I am ready for a heavier machine. It was nice that I received a new user manual after one email. An excellent service from Robland! I have enjoyed using the machine for about 10 years. The machine also turned out to be a good investment; after 10 years it had retained its value.
M	Martine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb een NLX-TZ gekocht, nieuw in 2015 en ik ben er niet echt content over ! Regelmatig is de uitgang van de afzuiging verstopt en moet ik heel de voorkant afbreken om die brol leeg te maken ! Ik heb het besroken met de verkoper maar kon hij niks aan doen ! Was de eerste keer dat hij zoiets hoorde !?! Een dik jaar later heb ik toevallig Robland gezien op batibouw en één van de verkopers gaf toe dat er een fout zat in de conceptie van het systeem, maar dat nu met het nieuwe model, het probleem was opgelost ! (daar ben ik vet mee) Ik had mijn kaartje gegeven en ze hebben mij beloofd om iets te laten weten want ze gingen proberen een oplossing te vinden !! Nu 1,5 jaar later heb ik nog steeds niks gehoord of gezien ! Ik was zo fier op mijn "Made in Belgium" maar nu ben ik echt ontgoocheld over hun service. I bought an NLX-TZ, new in 2015 and I am not really happy about it! The outlet of the extraction is regularly clogged and I have to tear down the whole front to empty that crap! I discussed it with the seller but he couldn't help it! Was the first time he heard anything like this!?! A good year later I happened to see Robland at batibouw and one of the sales people admitted that there was an error in the conception of the system, but that now with the new model, the problem was solved! (I'm cool with that) I had given my ticket and they promised to let me know because they were going to try to find a solution !! Now 1.5 years later I still haven't seen or heard anything! I was so proud of my "Made in Belgium" but now I am really disappointed with their service.

Robland staff was very helpful over the phone and patiently provided all details I asked for. I also bought the tenoning table and I am very satisfied with the result. Local distributor Goossens Santens (Antwerp area, Belgium) is well stocked with all milling tools suitable for the machine and helped me out with the electric set-up of my woodwork shop.
