★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai trouvé les équipes de Robert Half vraiment à l'écoute et surtout, elles assurent vraiment un très bon suivi des personnes qu'elles placent. Elles possèdent un professionnalisme très appréciable quand on travaille avec des contrats d'intérimaires, donc souvent précaires. Je recommande l'équipe d'Office Team Bruxelles !
 I found the Robert Half teams really attentive and above all, they really provide very good monitoring of the people they place. They have a very appreciable professionalism when working with temporary contracts, therefore often precarious. I recommend the Office Team Bruxelles team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had solicited to three different jobs at Robert Half. Soon after, I received a phone call from a recruiter who asked me questions about what I wanted in a job. Since, I didn't know which job she was calling about I talked about the general things that were important to me in a job.
The recruiter's response was, "That's all?" in an annoyed tone. I tried to add more information but was cut off sharply.
The next question was about my language skills. I stated that I was an American and a native English speaker. I also added that I had been studying Dutch while going to university full-time and had reached a B2 level. I also offered to continue the interview in Dutch.
Her response was that I should be fluent in French or Dutch if I wanted to find a job in Belgium. She then ended the conversation.
The jobs that I applied to only asked for high-level English skills (added languages were a plus) so this confused me.
This interview from Robert Half was the worst interview that I have had during a job search. Never have a talked to a recruiter who was more rude or unprofessional. I am not sure if it was because I was a foreigner or because the lady was just normally rude.
Avoid Robert Half if you can.
