★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg teleurgesteld. Ik ben vandaag met mijn nicht helemaal vanuit Antwerpen naar Knokke gereden voor onze massage die we al een maand geleden hadden vastgelegd. Eens we gearriveerd waren bij de Spa melde een verkoopster dat het niet kon door gaan omdat een medewerkster onze telefoonnummer was vergeten vragen. Best jammer dat we niet konden ontspannen tijdens de blok maar met nog meer stress terug richting Antwerpen konden rijden.
Very disappointed. Today I drove all the way from Antwerp to Knokke with my niece for our massage that we had already booked a month ago. Once we arrived at the Spa, a saleswoman reported that it could not go on because an employee had forgotten to ask for our telephone number. It's a shame that we couldn't relax during the block but could drive back to Antwerp with even more stress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Topzaak voor cosmetica en verzorgingsproducten op een topligging in Knokke. De bijhorende SPA is met voorsprong de beste van west- en oostkust. Enkele reviews hebben opmerkingen over het personeel maar dat is volledig onterecht. Alle dames die de Rituals vestigingen uitbaten zijn top en supervriendelijk en met een passie voor cosmetica.
Top shop for cosmetics and care products in a prime location in Knokke. The accompanying SPA is by far the best on the west and east coasts. Some reviews have comments about the staff but that is completely unjustified. All the ladies who run the Rituals branches are top notch and super friendly and with a passion for cosmetics.
