F	Fernanda Machado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a deception, the service is horrible, the meats (all of them) were carbonized, the buffet doesn't exist and the salad that comes to your table looks like the one you buy at a supermarket with pots of sauces, but low quality! A pity, the place is beautiful and had all the chances to be great, but what they serve there, the price and the service don't correspond to the place. It's a place to forget, to never go back! I don't recommend...

We just saw them pass by to other tables. To the point i had to ask if we were paying to eat or to wait. Just awful. And not to talk about not asking the safe ticket and no one from the employers were masks. Wouldn't recomend to anyone.
M	Mahmoud Jammal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice staff, food is delicious some were over cooked, I gave 3 stars for two reasons, one: I booked like weeks in advance for new years eve, we arrived then had to wait at the door(for more than half an hour) and they were letting people to go in without taking the booking in count(what is the point of taking reservations if you don't reserve a table ?), the second reason is like what other comments say here which is at some point they stopped serving meat (shouldn't they keep coming until we say we're done ? Like any other Brazilian restaurant )

Our reservation was confirmed and when we came to the restaurant we saw a huge line in front of the entrance. Apparently the booking system was a fraud just to draw in customers. Everybody in the line had reserved tables following the restaurant’s rules, but nobody could get their table on the reserved time. We waited for hours to finally be let in. However we were not let in the restaurant itself but instead to a small diner next door which Rio Do Texas had apparently quickly agreed with to host their customers. At the end we did not get the atmosphere that was promised in the advertisement, as we sat and ate at a neighboring diner. What was the purpose of the reservation system if it doesn’t work? The food was horrible. The chicken was not cooked well, the fish was half raw. The entire New Years mood was ruined. Would not recommend this place the way they treat their customer by outright lying to them. If the reservation system does not work why advertise it, they should properly inform their customers that there would be queues instead of advertising a fake dysfunctional reservation system.
