Then we stumbled across Riginov by chance. Napoleon welcomed us warmly as we came 5 minutes before closing time. He was very professional and kind, he took his time to explain a lot of things about diamonds. He helped us to choose the right ring and we are very satisfied with our choice. For me the most important thing to buy a diamond ring was to be able to trust the seller and at Riginov with Napoleon and Sivan it was the case. The packaging of the ring is amazing, you also receive a cleaning product, a polishing cloth and a lifetime service for polishing, repair and size change. The shop is very luxurious and beautiful, they have a lot of choices and the prices are really good. I highly recommend Riginov and I would certainly come back. Thank you for your hospitality, professionalism, sincerity and honesty.

The person in charge was very kind and pays attention to all details. He gives you all the time needed, explain, show you models and advise you. Since we came from other country, he even gave us discount ( and belgian chocolate) We really liked our experience in the store . What i liked most is the lifetime warranty ( even if you lose diamonds, he replace them for free ) .

After some calls, where the communication was smooth and welcoming, I opted to purchase the watch from Napoleon. Even though, due to Covid-19 restrictions, I wasn’t able to go to Antwerp I found the “virtual” sale to be extremely easy as we managed to cover all the relevant points in a few calls.
