Le vendeur ne connait pas les voitures qu'il vend (déclarer qu'une boîte eat8 est double embrayage alors que c'est une boîte à convertisseur hydraulique !), la voiture n'est pas à jour (ni le software du nac, ni les cartes du GPS - ça m'a pris presque 2 h00 moteur tournant pour faire la mise à jour !) la voiture n'est pas tout à fait propre, alors qu'elle est neuve ! Bon, on a reçu une bouteille quand même, c'était sympa... Allez, un peu d'effort pour les livraisons et ce sera bon ! Pour l'après vente, pas encore d'avis. Mais ce viendra ?
Nice, but no more. The seller does not know the cars he sells (declare that an eat8 gearbox is double clutch when it is a hydraulic converter gearbox!), The car is not up to date (neither the nac software, nor the maps from the GPS - it took me almost 2 hours with the engine running to update!) the car is not quite clean, even though it is new! Well, we received a bottle anyway, it was nice ... Come on, a little effort for the deliveries and it will be good! For after sales, no opinion yet. But it will come ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ons gezin van vijf logeerde in een vakantiehuis in Durbuy. Op vrijdagmiddag hadden we autopech (kapotte band). De depannage van Peugeot Assistance bracht onze auto met mij erbij naar Ricco in Marche-en-Famenne. Daar bleek dat de mechaniciens al naar huis waren en pas op maandag opnieuw aan werk zouden gaan. Wij zouden echter op zondag al terug naar huis vertrekken. Een bijzondere dankbare vermelding voor Antoine die ons uit de brand heeft geholpen. Hij belde met Guy Herion Eurotyre om een geschikte vervangband te bestellen en regelde een vervangwagen zodat ik 's avonds terug naar Durbuy kon. Op zaterdagochtend had ik een afspraak bij Eurotyre. Terug bij Ricco heeft Antoine de kapotte band kosteloos vervangen. Binnen een uurtje was alles gepiept.
Our family of five stayed in a holiday home in Durbuy. On Friday afternoon we had car trouble (broken tire). Peugeot Assistance's breakdown service brought our car with me to Ricco in Marche-en-Famenne. It turned out that the mechanics had already gone home and would not return to work until Monday. However, we were supposed to leave for home on Sunday. A special grateful mention to Antoine who helped us out. He called Guy Herion Eurotyre to order a suitable replacement tire and arranged a replacement car so that I could return to Durbuy in the evening. On Saturday morning I had an appointment at Eurotyre. Back at Ricco, Antoine replaced the broken tire free of charge. Within an hour everything was done.
