T	Thomas Godeau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A peine passé la porte un vendeur nous tombe dessus et ne nous làche plus... pas méchant mais véritable moulin à parole inarrêtable enclin à tout nous présenter et tout nous commenter...même ce qui ne nous intéresse pas. Impossible de s'en défaire...nous avons fuit et n y retournerons pas. As soon as we walk through the door, a salesman falls on us and doesn't let go of us anymore... not mean but a real unstoppable chatterbox inclined to present everything to us and comment on everything...even what doesn't interest us. Impossible to get rid of it...we fled and will not return.

Nous avons commandé notre salon le jour même et sommes impatients de le recevoir :) Very warm welcome from the saleswoman and the boss. They are attentive and provide good advice. We ordered our salon the same day and can't wait to receive it :)

Je veux faire une photo du présentoir déposé devant le canapé pour avoir toutes les dimensions et tous les prix. L'employé s'amène, prend le présentoir, me le cache...dit au patron vautré dans un fauteuil que je veux comparer avec Belot (???). Le patron d'un geste méprisant indique que je ne peux pas (???). Bon, allez, adieu, tu ne me verras plus ainsi que tous ceux qui me lisent. Encore un magasin qui fermera bientôt. I see in the window a sofa seen at Belot in Soignies. I go home. I want to take a picture of the display placed in front of the sofa to have all the dimensions and all the prices. The employee shows up, takes the display, hides it from me...says to the boss sprawled in an armchair that I want to compare with Belot (???). The boss with a contemptuous gesture indicates that I cannot (???). Good, come on, goodbye, you will no longer see me like all those who read me. Another store that will close soon.

La vendeuse a pris tout le temps nécessaire pour discuter de nos attentes, nous montrer les différentes configurations possibles, expliquer les avantages de la microfibre ou du cuir. De plus, elle et son collègue sont très sympathiques et le magasin présente de très beaux modèles. Nous attendons maintenant avec impatience les canapés que nous avons choisis. We really enjoyed our visit to Rêv'intérieur Mons. The saleswoman took all the time necessary to discuss our expectations, show us the different possible configurations, explain the advantages of microfiber or leather. In addition, she and her colleague are very friendly and the store has very beautiful models. We are now looking forward to the sofas we have chosen.
L	Lu LeMaire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a large sofa from this place recently. I can recommend the sofa, I received what I ordered and it’s well made. Everything else was a disaster. I had ordered it prior to COVID & it was supposed to be delivered during the quarantine, obviously that had to be rearranged. But no one reached out to me via email or phone. Each step along the way, I had to initiate contact and then call back again to get answers or assistance. Delivery is a bit expensive and was a genuine disaster. I called twice to confirm they would wear masks and observe safety concerns and was assured they would. They didn’t. I had to give and then insist they wear masks in my home. Though 3 delivery men I arrived, only one came up. He was rude, yelled at me to go get his colleague for him, and made me do half the work with moving furniture (the exact thing I was paying for). They left a horrific mess at my house - didn’t take away any of the trash from the delivered sofa (which was 3 bags of garbage and 3 arm loads of cardboard) and somehow left oil (I’m guessing it drizzled out from his toolbox) on a large section of my hardwood floors. It took three long separate major scrubbings to get it out Called to complain and it was useless. I do NOT recommend these people.
