Geen voorstel tot oplossing, geen tegemoetkoming maar blijvende ontkenning dat het daar gebeurd was. Hier ga ik nooit meer terug!
 She used something that left marks on my wedding dress. She denied that this could have happened to her, but the part she cut off showed the same marks several times. No proposal for a solution, no compensation, but a permanent denial that it had happened there. I will never go back here!
