Welkom op onze website.
De eerste vestiging van restaurant Mozart is geopend in Nov 2017 in de Oost-Vlaamse stad Aalst.
In juli 2018 werd Mozart Brussel geopend, en sinds december 2019 kan u ook in Brugge terecht.
De specialiteit bij Mozart is “spareribs á volontè”. Wij serveren onze ribbetjes op 3 wijzen, steeds met onze gekende aardappel in de schil en een slaatje. U kan vanaf nu, bij elk gerecht, ook kiezen voor verse frietjes.
Bij Mozart is “à volonté” ook echt “à volonté”, dus zowel de ribben, verschillende sauzen, aardappel in de schil, frietjes en/of het slaatje kan onbeperkt bij gevraagd worden.
Voor hen die geen zin hebben in ribbetjes, maar ook graag een goed stuk vlees lusten hebben we o.a. rundssteak, entrecôte, côte à l’os, kippenbrochette enz.
Liever geen vlees? Geen probleem: We serveren ook gegrilde gamba, zalmmoot, gegratineerd vispannetje, vegetarische quiche, …

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best place for ribs! Romantic and authentic interior. What a great service! The ribs kept on coming. They will gave Three different types. Natural, classic or smokey bbq sauce on the table. All ribs were came as natural then you put any sauces that you preferred. Al thought the ribs were not the best that I have tasted but it is value for the price that you have paid for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience: Ribs wont surely leave with hunger, they are maybe a little too dry but definitely ok for all the contest and the rest of the vegetables in the dish. I cannot justify 7 euros for a bottle of still water

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ribs a are on the dry side, but you've got sauce on the table to add to your delight, and consider it is an all-you-can-eat place for under 20 euro, so don't think it's a Michelin. Been there twice so far and had great service (2nd round of ribs is all about timing as they bring it around the room, you might have to wait a bit). All-in-all, one of my favorite spots for a bite.

I've chose to eat spareribs- just finger licking delicious! They are served with a baked potato and a kind of red cabbage salad.
The place is very nice,the atmosphere is nice and the waiters are nice as well.
Definitely a place to recommend and come to next time.
The money spent here just worth it-Mozart in Brussels is more than just ribs!
