S	Serge Autrique on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dankzij restaurants als da Costa is Antwerpen een culinaire hotspot. De culinaire stijl van chef da Costa lijkt enigzins op die van Sergio Herman, wat kan aangezien Pure C bij zijn ontwikkeltraject hoorde. Maar de fijne Aziatische en Marrokaanse toetsen (met dank aan mevrouw da Costa) resulteren in een duidelijke eigen signage, knap! De ploeg is trots en gefocused, met een strakke dresscode, het plaatje past. Er heerste een (gezonde) spanning aangezien het covid sluitingsuur diende gerespecteerd te worden, maar dat lukte zonder er aan tafel al te veel impact van te hebben. Ook de wijnkaart bevat originele selecties, ze is wel iets te beperkt in het wat betaalbaardere segment van goede wijnen. Te goed om nog 'rising star' genoemd te worden, horen al bij de Antwerpse top. Thanks to restaurants such as da Costa, Antwerp is a culinary hotspot. Chef da Costa's culinary style somewhat resembles that of Sergio Herman, which is possible since Pure C was part of his development process. But the fine Asian and Moroccan touches (thanks to Mrs. da Costa) result in a clear signage of their own, handsome! The team is proud and focused, with a strict dress code, the picture fits. There was a (healthy) tension since the covid closing hour had to be respected, but that worked without having too much impact at the table. The wine list also contains original selections, although it is a bit too limited in the more affordable segment of good wines. Too good to be called a 'rising star', they already belong to the Antwerp top.
G	Gwenda Verkouteren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastisch gegeten. Het eten is heerlijk ?. Erg leuk om een Indisch tintje terug te zien en vooral proeven. Wijnen zijn perfect afgestemd. Cocktail met passievrucht is echt heel lekker. Al met al een geweldige avond gehad. Er zijn wel wat verbeterpunten. Wellicht wat investeren in de aankleding. Zoals iets voor de ramen of een gang creëren voor de tocht. Dit geeft iets meer sfeer. Verder misschien beneden de riolering laten nakijken. Nu was het wel dat in heel Antwerpen de lucht hing, maar ik denk dat je dit toch kan verhelpen. Chef is heel aardig en werkt erg hard met z'n team om een top avond neer te zetten. Zeker de moeite waard om eens te gaan eten en je te laten verrassen ? Fantastic meal. The food is delicious . Very nice to see and especially taste an Indian touch. Wines are perfectly matched. Passion fruit cocktail is really tasty. All in all had a great evening. There are some areas for improvement. You may want to invest in the furnishings. Like something for the windows or creating a corridor for the draft. This gives a little more atmosphere. Also, maybe have the sewer checked downstairs. Now it was that all of Antwerp was in the air, but I think you can remedy this anyway. Chef is very nice and works very hard with his team to create a great evening. Definitely worth going for a meal and be surprised ?

The food itself was good, but the portion for the main dish was sadly a tadbit too small which resulted in leaving the restaurant still feeling Hungry after a 6 course dinner. Overal the experience was ok, but not worth the price and i don't see myself returning.
