★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verantwoordelijke niet aanwezig,noch zorgverlener. Beloften worden niet nagekomen. Serviceflat, zonder de begeleider. Na een zeker uur, iedereen weg, alsook tijdens weekend afwezig. Idem tijdens feestdagen....De mensen hebben een oproepsystheem maar werk niet naar behoren....Wel betalen, maar trek je plan. Brandalarm op 2 maand tijd meer dan een halfuur afgegaan, niemand te zien, noch verzorging noch verantwoordelijke. Zelf brandweer en hulpdiensten moeten bellen.... verantwoordelijke moest nog van Halle komen toen de brand al geblust was....mooi initiatief, BRAVO!
Responsible not present, nor caregiver. Promises are not kept. Service flat, without the attendant. After a certain hour, everyone is gone, as well as absent during the weekend. Ditto during holidays....People have a calling system but it doesn't work properly....Pay, but stick to your plan. Fire alarm went off for more than half an hour in 2 months, no one to be seen, neither care nor responsible. Have to call the fire brigade and emergency services yourself .... the person responsible had to come from Halle when the fire was already extinguished .... nice initiative, BRAVO!
