I just had to change a piece from my cellphone and they didn't had the piece on time, they changed the date two times, and I just got tired and went to another place in which I didn't have any problem. It wasn't the piece, it was just how they work. Not a serious place

They are very bad in communication, never keep their promises, keep saying that they lost my phone number. Really, having it in the system and got lost? LOL
I bought a PC there, they gave a wrong charging cable and once I came to change it, they said that a new original would be coming in a few days and they will call me. I even was surprised how nice they were, considering the previous bad experience. Although I had feeling that they won't call me. After 4 days I had to chaise them and ask for my cable, in fact, they got a new one, but it's not original and they prefer me to keep the one I got as a temporary replacement.
Their way of communication on a phone was not pleasant at all!
So, avoid to have a business with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The complete uselessness of this place, I can't even. Nine days to tell me a problem is not fixable, after having promised it solved by the 5th and then 8th day. Adding idiocy to it, they tried to propose a new computer to me as I was getting the one they didn't repair, as if. Avoid it like the plague.
