Onthaal en klantvriendelijkheid: klanten de indruk geven dat de minste vraag, de vraag te veel is zorgt voor een zeer oncomfortabel en ongeapprecieerd gevoel.
De telefoon opnemen met een zucht waarbij ik door mijn GSM van mijn stoel geblazen wordt is een ongezien talent, chapeau ??
Bij de volgende onvriendelijke telefoon zal er van mijn kant ook geen ‘dankjewel’ meer af kunnen.
