★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oplichters!! Rekenen hele maand aan terwijl we maar 4 dagen met de wagen reden omdat we zogezegd niet gebeld hadden om stop te zetten.
Wagen werd bij agentschap correct afgezet. Opgelet!!!
Fraudsters !! Charge all month while we only drove the car for 4 days because, so to speak, we hadn't called to stop.
The car was correctly deposited at the agency. Attention !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mécontente de leurs services personne au téléphone très désagréable ma raccroché au nez. Reçu une voiture avec un problème de pneu ne veulent rien savoir et me facture 125 € ce sont des arnaqueurs. Je ne les conseils vraiment pas.
Very unhappy with their services person on the phone very rude hung up on me. Received a car with a tire problem do not want to know anything and charges me 125 € they are scammers. I really don't advise them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention aux erreurs de calculs, véhicule loué à Court Saint Etienne, lors de la réception leur ordinateur à fait une erreur de 4000km dans le kilométrage et de 60% dans la consommation de carburant. Les faits ont été contestés par écrit par l'agent réceptionnaire. La compagnie est au courant de cette erreur qui est dans leur système. J’ai demandé à avoir une facture corrigée. Ils me renvoient par la suite une facture non corrigée avec des frais de plus de 200% pour retard de 35 jours ! Tout simplement abusif et illégal. Leur call center est injoignable !!
Beware of calculation errors, vehicle rented from Court Saint Etienne, when receiving their computer made an error of 4000km in the mileage and 60% in the fuel consumption. The facts were contested in writing by the receiving agent. The company is aware of this error which is in their system. I asked for a corrected invoice. They then send me back an uncorrected invoice with over 200% charges for 35 days delay! Simply abusive and illegal. Their call center is unreachable !!

No service secretary 45 min on the personal phone (shopping list) before taking charge we are asked if we want to drink we ask for water not even received so what's the point of asking thank you very much

- Was niet volgetankt.
- bandenspanning te laag en verschillend.
- batterij van sleutel was bijna leeg.
- geen blanco aanrijdingsformulier in de wagen.
- wagen was niet gereinigd.
- telefonisch was er op zaterdag niemand bereikbaar.
Got the car through Ford Assistance.
- Wasn't full.
- tire pressure too low and different.
- key battery was almost empty.
- no blank collision form in the car.
- car was not cleaned.
- nobody was available by phone on Saturday.

120km for free have simply disappeared and I'm still waiting on my warranty refund, it's been more than 15days now...
I do NOT recommend!!
