Las lamas estan bloceadas semiabiertas y no se dejan mover. Desde hace 7 meses estamos esperando a que vengan a repararlos. La sede en Belgica no se responsabiliza y el distribuidor español ya no responde. Parece que hemos comprado un producto a precio de alto nivel pero con calidad de low cost. We have purchased 4 Skye pergolas with retractable roofs. After 3 and a half years the 4 retractable roofs have stopped working. The slats are blocked semi-open and cannot be moved. For 7 months we have been waiting for them to come and repair them. The headquarters in Belgium is not responsible and the Spanish distributor is no longer responsible. It seems that we have bought a product at a high level price but with low cost quality.

In einer Zeit, in der wir viel zu Hause waren ein sehr, sehr wichtiger zusätzlicher Raum! Wir haben zwei integrierte Heizstrahler, die unsere gut 20 qm sehr gut warm halten. Die ebenfalls integrierte Beleuchtung ist angenehm und variabel. Hier hatten wir mit der Verkleidung ein paar Startschwierigkeiten, die von einem wahnsinnig netten Kundenservice schnell und effektiv geloest wurden. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und muesste ich ein Haar in der Suppe finden, dann, dass die Anlage nicht via App steuerbar ist. Our Renson canopy has made our outdoor space livable all year round. At a time when we were at home a lot, a very, very important extra room! We have two integrated radiant heaters that keep our 20 sqm room very warm. The integrated lighting is pleasant and variable. Here we had a few initial difficulties with the fairing, which were quickly and effectively solved by an incredibly nice customer service. We are completely satisfied and if I had to find a hair in the soup, it would be that the system cannot be controlled via the app.

Ce sera pour 2022... La pergola n'est toujours pas sortie d'usine et le client n'est pas informé, la communication du siége de Renson Outdoor à Waregem est inexistante, le client est pris en otage après la prise de commande et versement de l'acompte. Dommage car le produit est de qualité. Pergola ordered in early May 2021 for an invoice greater than € 50,000, delivery announced in October, then postponed to the end of November and again to the end of December and currently without news. It will be for 2022 ... The pergola has still not left the factory and the customer is not informed, communication from the Renson Outdoor headquarters in Waregem is non-existent, the customer is taken hostage after taking the order and payment of the deposit. Too bad because the product is of quality.
